1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ok88 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ok88 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ok88 or any recognized gambling regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ok88 or any of its affiliated entities.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and recovery of any Bonus Funds paid out.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the ok88 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using different identity information — is strictly prohibited. ok88 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple Account holders. Duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately, and any Balance held across those Accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change. ok88 shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or restrictions arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ok88 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

Full Account functionality — including withdrawals above threshold limits — requires successful completion of our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of your payment method. ok88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ok88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. ok88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes of request approval for verified Accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transaction Restrictions

ok88 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers compliance monitoring, is suspected to involve money laundering, or cannot be matched to a verified payment instrument. In such cases, ok88 may request additional documentation from the Member.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ok88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including promotions tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly for each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ok88 employs detection systems to identify abusive bonus behavior, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus offers. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive activity voided.

5.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

ok88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account at the time of withdrawal shall remain subject to the original terms under which it was issued.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ok88 cover domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team) fixtures. Bet types include Asian handicap, voor bola (Indonesia's popular handicap betting format), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), over/under, and correct score markets. All bets are final once confirmed. ok88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing or data error is identified.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger are provided via certified studio partners including Evolution Gaming. All live game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective game as stated within the game interface. ok88 is not responsible for disconnection issues arising from your internet service provider during live game sessions.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

Slot games and other RNG-based products are provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. All RNG outcomes are regularly audited by independent testing bodies. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on ok88 follow published draw schedules and payout tables. Draw results are final. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ok88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ok88.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ok88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes in RNG-based or live dealer products.
• Any action taken by ok88 in good faith pursuant to its compliance, KYC, or anti-money-laundering obligations.

ok88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

ok88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ok88 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect Member data in transit. Access to Member personal data within ok88 is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and is subject to confidentiality obligations binding on all personnel.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ok88

ok88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ok88 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member's Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspicious transaction patterns have been identified that trigger ok88's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement directive requires ok88 to restrict the Account.

During a suspension, the Member's Balance will be held and will not be accessible for wagering or withdrawal pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Member's favor, the Account will be reinstated and funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, ok88 may permanently close the Account and, where applicable, forfeit funds in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ok88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period may not be reopened until that period expires.

12 Governing Law

ok88 operates under international gaming regulations and holds licenses issued by recognized international gaming authorities. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ok88's international operating license.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through ok88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits ok88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use of its Platform.

13 Amendments

ok88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ok88 will provide notice to Members via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 11.2.
